Vertical Form Fill Seal Stand Up Quad Bagger with Pick and Place

This Customer is too Cool for Hand Packaging

We are the #antihandpackagingclub. The customer requested to package their fragile cookies in a stand-up vertically formed sealed Quad Bag, they also wanted the cookies oriented inside the bag (stacked on top of each other, not loose packed).

This bagging line runs 100 bags per minute and includes:
– VFFS – Vertical form fill seal bagging machine that forms the stand-up quad seal bags
– Beckhoff tracking system
– 3 Robotic pick and place system
– Separate top sealer for the final seal of the bags
