Ganong Bros Expands Candy Packaging Capacity with MarsRapid VFFS | PLAN IT Packaging

PLAN IT Packaging Systems recently partnered with Ganong Bros. to help expand confectionery packaging capacity across North America using high-speed MarsRapid VFFS bagging systems.

This fully integrated automation project included:

• 4 Mars Rapid VFFS baggers
• 4 ELITEWEIGH 24H multihead weighers
• Integrated conveyor systems
• High-speed candy pouch packaging lines

Designed for flexibility, redundancy, sanitation, and higher throughput, the new system helped Ganong significantly increase production efficiency while supporting continued growth.
